Maja Stritof grew up in Zagreb, Croatia and graduated from the University of Economics in Zagreb. After six years of growing in the field of marketing in Zagreb she moved to the Netherlands in 2006. There she discovered her interest in the field of corporate communication and employee engagement. To deepen her expertise she enrolled in the Rotterdam School of Management at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and graduated with a Masters of Corporate Communications
Maja is passionate about improving people’s working lives and making organizations more efficient and profitable. She helps organizations make sense of the bewildering array of options and opportunities that the modern world of business presents us all with and she comes up with a clean, actionable plan. Maja sais: “ it’s amazing what smart, motivated and engaged employees can actually get done once they have a map and a good light. But the story comes first, than the plan”.
