Process
A Corporate Story is an instrument. It serves a very clear purpose: to help you lead from the core, power your culture, charge your brand and create your future. To achieve that goal we developed a program that consists of the following steps:
- Desk research
First we need to have an overview of the current state of the organization. We clarify our insights and hypotheses in a memorandum.
- Culture Diagnostix™
Culture Diagnostix maps out how employees experience the organization. It measures Culture Power [=link naar Power your Culture] and gives direction to organizational development and change. Culture Diagnostix is a quantitative research, executed by a web-based survey. Where needed we will supplement our data with qualitative research in the form of interviews and focus groups with employees and/or customers.
- Strategic Sessions
In the strategic sessions we work with a multidisciplinary team on scenario’s, strategies and decisions regarding the Corporate Story. These sessions help to create momentum, focus and commitment.
- Reporting
In the final report, containing the Corporate Story, we also document the steps that led to the strategic and conceptual choices in forming the Corporate Story. Thus both the process and the results are transparent and comprehensible for everyone.
- Storyboard
Based the Corporate Story we first develop a StoryBoard. A visualized script that brings the story to life and clarifies possibilities for the communication and media strategy. Next we offer strategic and creative guidance and coaching and consulting services to assist you in implementing and executing on the strategy.
Next to our customized Corporate Story program we offer consultancy services. We can function as sparring- and brainstorming partners. We can advise, help you reflect. This can be done individually or in teams. In the form of a conversation or in a tailor-made workshop. Themes are the strategic issues of organizational identity and its five aspects: culture, brand positioning, image and reputation.
